You are the role model for your audience and they want to know how they can improve a certain skill. Show them what they can do through your stories! Share your struggles with them. How did you overcome the struggles in the past? That will encourage your audience. Also share how you are improving your skills. They want to know what kind of person you are. You are telling your clients to keep improving, so be the kind of person who always aims higher. Show them how they can keep improving as you are also improving.
